I read a book several years ago that was a new adult book, possibly part of an interconnected series, in this particular book fmc gets a clit piercing without mmc knowing, she calls him and he helps with keeping it clean and giving her meds cause she was in a bit of pain, basically a care scene (i feel like there was a comment by fmc about him wearing grey sweat pants in this scene which seems prominent i guess). I think it might have been a darker new adult romance and it was contemporary, no fantasy, sci-fi, mafia, sports, the other books might have been about his friends and other girls. I just really remember this scene. Pretty sure I read this on kindle, unfortunately I don't have access to the account I read this on anymore.
Also I'm pretty sure him finding out about the piercing is the spark that gets them together for the first time.
