Hello grapplers, i have a question for you, i read all Baki mangas till Rahen and i wanna know what does the 30 hours per day of training Works ??

I know its metaphorical at first to show jack his determination and the fact that all he do was training all day with his weak body for beat Yujiro.

But why they not say he train 24 Hours then ?

I read the whole Baki the grappler a second Time and i coudnt find a explanation if you guys know
