Drain Cleanout?

Drain Cleanout?

Would this even make sense? We had our main drain line clog and I ended up pulling a basement toilet and having it snaked through there. This was the only clean out looking cap I could find on the drain system but it’s between the main floor and basement. This extends maybe 4ft, right 90 degree bend and then down the wall.

If there is a house trap, it’s under the flooring somewhere. Also no exterior cleanout that I could find probing along the path where I’d assume the sewer connection exited.

Pulling the toilet wasn’t terrible but wondering if that will need to be the case if we ever have drain issues in the future.
