New to PA so sorry if I'm not using proper verbiage. Attempting to set up PA workflow.

If question #1 and only this question is marked as yes, I want a high priority email sent to user x.

I set this up, with the conditions and correct email. when I test it says everything is working.

However, I filled out the microsoft form checking "yes" and did not receive priority email just the standard microsoft form notification.

Asked copilot to help but keep getting error message.

What am I doing wrong?
