Last thursday i did some shadowboxing and hurtm my shoulder, it cracrked when i lifted my arm and hurt like for the whole day, i stopped doing any excercises, i didnt feel anything and today i did like 4 pull ups and after i felt like a dull pain in my shoulder and collarbone, i couldn't exactly pinpoint the exact spot of the pain, but i dont know if im just hyperfixated or what should i do.
