i was at Haymarket today (got off of the Green Line and went to the Oak Grove platform) and i heard a low effort, lazy TTS announcement rushing to get through the damn prompt rather than a human voice saying "The next _____ train, arrives in x minutes" and the arrival announcement is much worse, with the bot rushing through the prompt again (same for service announcements and they got rid of the scrolling which is very sad imo) so what happened to these announcements? (ik they are still present on the Green Line past North Station i think i haven't checked) and why did they change the guy since i loved his voice ever since i moved to MA (also i heard this at Downtown Crossing once)
