hi guys, so I have this lacking document. It’s “good moral” from a prof and the dean. In our school kasi our good moral only comes from the guidance counselor. I tried contacting the WVSU registrar earlier pero little did I know wala pala silang duty today. Is the good moral from a prof and the dean same with the “letter of recommendation”?
