Brand new kickr Core… came with 11spd cassette but needed to put my 10spd cassette on (was coming off of an old Core and was working fine). I thoroughly cleaned the bike and cassette before swapping and gears are way off… can’t get into easiest gear and making bad noises. I used the same spacer that I was using on previous Core. I’m generally bad at adjusting shifting. Any tips/steps on how to set up? Is this a gear adjustment issue or is there a bigger problem at play? I’ll post a video with sound. Thank you!
