Hey all, I'm auDHD, in Montrose/Croydon area. I'm looking for a GP specifically to take over my ADHD medication from my psychiatrist, but also someone who is neuro-affirming and takes a more holistic approach. My current GP is fine, but I sometimes play down my issues or don't ask enough questions because I don't want to come across as neurotic. I know these days they're all 'in and out' but I'm hoping that someone who has experience with ASD or ADHD adults will make enough space for me to explain my concerns properly. TIA
