my man's workplace just forced him to go to the 40 years anniversary party
Every now and then, the company my man works in has random cheap events and he never go because he doesn't want to. In June there's the 40 years anniversary party and as usual, he didn't want to go, but today the boss literally came and pressured him to do so and he did it for all the employees. This event is happening a tuesday at 7pm, they finish work at 4:30pm. Is this shit fucking legal ? It is NOT an event about work, it's just a random party where they will drink and play pétanque (it's a french thing). Can they fucking do that ?
