How did yall submit it? I submitted mine through inbox and was told to just add supporting documents under the case section in documents. I did this about 7 days ago.

I just received a response that states “Your request to expedite your case will not be submitted because you do not currently have the required evidence to support the need for an expedite.” Does this mean they did not accept what I provided? I uploaded like 6 different documents for humanitarian reason.

Or did I upload documents incorrectly? Did anyone else get an email like that?
