I’m really hoping to finally take my son to Yellowstone this summer. My dad used to take me, but he has passed and I have so many questions about planning. I’m hoping someone can help!

We’ll be coming from Seattle, so likely entering at the West entrance. Should we find a place to stay outside of the park, and just drive in/out everyday? Are there hotels/motels, or should I look for an Airbnb? How many days do you recommend?

Any additional tips and ideas are greatly appreciated. This was always a special trip for me and my dad, and I really want to make it one for my son and I now.
