Does anyone know of this particular shooting footage?
I remember seeing it on Twitter some years ago. Sometime between 2022-2024 if my memory serves me right. There were no names or captions added to this video post. The video shows security camera footage looking at an intersection (The camera’s view of the situation was from the front). Several cars are parked next to these closed businesses or apartment buildings and it’s the middle of the night. There seemed to be a group of people on this street. Maybe there was an argument going on. I believe one of the guys in this group goes to his parked car and pulls out a handgun. He began shooting at several people, killing one for sure in the middle of the street point blank. Dude drops dead on the floor and some of the other people decide to run or hide behind cars. I clearly remember this guy looking for some of these other people in between cars and actually shooting at least one or two more people. Since these people were hidden behind the parked cars the security camera did not capture this. I don’t remember what else happened after that. The guy may have driven away with a female passenger in his car. I think I remember he wasn’t alone but he did act alone on the crime.

The reason I’m curious is because this footage has stuck with me for a long time and I could never find out if an investigation took place. If anyone has a clue what I’m talking about please let me know. I do not know if the footage took place in the last few years or if it’s older. Unfortunately I do not know or remember anything else.

Hey everyone. I just got off the phone with a very nice lady from customer support that helped find some answers regarding this situation. I gave her my info and asked my questions, then she put me on hold for just a moment to figure out what’s going on. Once she returned, she told me that there is nothing on their end that would even suggest that such change had happened regarding DRM and the loss of game licenses after not checking in within 30 days. According to her and her supervisor, if this would happen then PlayStation would notify every single one of us through our consoles notification system and their blog/community notes.

I know we’re all scared and annoyed, and I am not sure if this all started off as a rumor somewhere or not. I just learned the DRM news last night and I was pretty pissed. After speaking with the nice lady I can only hope that what she told me is true and that this situation will just go away, or we will hopefully get it all cleared up by PlayStation.
