Hey yall, I’m currently in medic school and going to graduate later this year. I’m in Orange County in SoCal and want to get some 911 experience as a single role medic before transitioning to a fire medic position later down the line. I’ve heard a lot of good things about SBCFD single role medic program but am wondering if anyone has any experience working for Hall ambulance in Kern county. I’m wondering what the process is to get into the “rural” 48 hour schedules, pay, and what the general expectations I should have going in if I chose to go that route.

Thank you!
