I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience as me and could provide some support as to what I could do. I placed an order on 4/17 for 2 owala cups through the official TikTok shop. I was initially skeptical of purchasing through there, however felt reassured as it is “verified” by TikTok to be the official Owala shop, as well as the many positive reviews. I placed the order during the 20% off sale and did not purchase through the site, as I had already bought them off TikTok shop. It has been 2 weeks and there has been 0 communication from Owala despite my multiple attempts in reaching out for an update. The order is essentially stuck on “delayed” and shows as packed and ready for drop off. I reached out to Owala customer service through the website and have not had success in getting help either. If I had known that TikTok Owala would not ship my order, I would not have purchased from there to start, however I acknowledge it is now too late as I have missed out on the sale. Again, curious if anyone has had a similar experience and how it was handled? TIA!!!
