He is the gaaaayyy DPC who do not see messages on whatapp when we ask about placement doubt.why spo don’t take action on such girrrly dpc.wrost placement of MTech chemical because of this selfish dpc who has done btech from some handicapped college

Hi I am a phd student here. Since I am a married student here because of which it got difficult for me to manage finance from the phd stipend.so I started using sbi elite credit card which they have given us.since the spending every month was more than earning of that month I was not able to pay my credit card dues and slowly the amount become greater than lakhs after adding intrest of 42 percent. Now the bank employees is threatening me that if u will not pay u will go to jail your degree will not be completed. Now I am very depressed since I have no money and have 2 children and not able to manage in stipend .Also they are saying that intrest is keep on adding.What can I do please suggest
