I have been dealing with critical issues with this plugin since March 2026 and the problems are STILL not fixed after more than 2 months.
The plugin is currently running on a real production business website and caused serious problems for my customers.
Main issues I experienced:
- PayPal payments are received successfully BUT WooCommerce orders stay in “Pending”. This means:
- customer paid successfully
- money arrived in PayPal
- but subscription was NOT renewed
- customer access expired
- customer got angry because they already paid
- Stripe integration is unreliable I experienced:
- payments not being captured correctly
- Webhook events not arriving or not being processed
- Subscription renewals are failing randomly
- Orders and payment states getting out of sync
- Support is extremely slow. Typical response time:
- 4–5 days per reply
Most replies are:
“We are working on it”
- Refund request denied After months of issues I requested a refund. Support claimed: “The issue is fixed.”
But it is NOT fixed.
The exact same PayPal pending-order issue happened again recently.
I now have:
- PayPal payment confirmations
- WooCommerce pending orders
- failed renewals
- webhook logs
- customer complaints
- full email history with support
This situation caused:
- financial damage
- customer trust issues
- wasted time
- business stress
So before I waste even more time:
Does anyone know a REAL stable alternative for:
- WooCommerce subscriptions
- recurring payments
- PayPal + Stripe subscriptions
- modern checkout
- reliable webhook handling
I am looking for something production-ready and stable because this experience has honestly been a nightmare.
