Our perfect house has come on the market unexpectedly. And we don't have the cash sitting around. Is there ANY lender out there who would work with someone under thee circumstances:

Credit score about 530 (had unemployment and child death in recent past...money took a temporary hit)
No savings.
About $300 'monthly minimums'
OWN our house (value $100K) and OWN our cars
Willing to pay crazy interest rate and work creatively.
