I had a headliner rattle above the passenger side, so I took my 11th gen Touring to the dealership. They initially stuffed something in it, which stopped the noise for a few days, but then the rattle came back—this time above the driver side. They said the whole headliner needed replacement.
When I went to pick up the car, the new white headliner was dirty and creased (looked like dirty gloves/hands were used), interior panels and door seals were damaged and misaligned, and there were noticeable gaps. I refused delivery, and they kept it to “fix” everything. They returned it saying all panels were properly installed and there’s nothing more they can do—but I still see gaps, and now I’m hearing new rattles from the dash, rear deck, and the headliner still makes noise and multiple parts of the interior are damaged. Had taken car back to dealership 4 times and they said that all honda cars make rattle noise but I didn’t hear any noise before they did the headliner job.
I take really good care of my car, and honestly it feels like the interior integrity has been compromised. I regret taking it in and feel like it’ll never fit the way it originally did. Has anyone dealt with something similar? What would you do next?
