Early ovulation?

I'm concerned I'm ovulating early or not at all. I'm only 22, but my period cramps basically transition into ovulation pain (I spot for a few days post menstruation then stop, but the cramps continue). I get ovulation symptoms pretty early as well, about 2-3 days after my period. I used to know/feel exactly when I was ovulating, and it only lasted about 5 days and was distanced from my period. Now, I feel like my mood is all over the place. I have a pretty clear luteal phase, but it seems to shut off like 2 days before my period, and I'll start getting cramps and feel happy again. Then I'll get my period and feel bad again for about 5 days before feeling ovulation symptoms for a few days. Around day 7, I have no idea which phase I'm in as my mood/symptoms change daily.

Every winter I get pimples which lead to dark spots. They usually fade around this time/go away with the sun (I have darker skin that gets tan in the summer). They aren’t going away as quickly this year and it seems like there are more. I think because my skin has more acne recently (I’m dealing with some hormonal stuff). I wondered if anyone has any recs for items to remove scars/steps to add to my routine? I struggle because my skin is darker so a lot of dark spot creams lighten my skin.

I’m currently using CeraVe at night, Palmers anti dark spot cream before bed, and witch hazel in the morning. I get bad acne on my cheeks, chin, and neck which is where most of the dark spots are. Any tips are appreciated!

I sleep on my stomach with one leg bent towards my chest and I always wake with foot/leg/neck pain. I wondered if anyone had recommendations for mattress toppers/things that could help with this. I feel like something softer that allows me to sink in would help, since I wake up feeling like my feet were pressed against something hard all night. But I also heard firmer is better for stomach sleepers, so I'm unsure. I just can't seem to get my feet and arms into a comfortable position; they are always bent oddly/have pressure against them when I sleep.

I've been having bad night sweats, so I want to invest in cooling sheets. The issue is I prefer a very soft and cozy feel, like jersey, flannel, or brushed cotton, which are usually hotter. My favorite texture is waffle. From what I've seen, most cooling sheets like percale, seem like they have more of a linen, starchy feel (I don't find the texture of linen soft at all). I don't mind silky textures, but I don't consider them very soft. If anyone has any experience with soft, cooling sheets, I'd love to hear it. Or let me know if you find percale soft and unlike what I'm describing, I'd love to try these out but I worry they will be how I imagine them.

My periods are getting shorter and shorter, and my ovulation is early. I'm in my early 20s so I'm concerned this means my egg count is already very diminished since I read short periods and early ovulation are signs of menopause. I suspect I have thyroid issues as well (bloodwork was normal a few months ago, though), so I wonder if that can play a role? Is there any sort of hormone level test to know these things?
