Has anyone found a reliable way to get Agentforce to respect “My Team” scope (role hierarchy) when querying Opportunities or Accounts?
Example use case:
A Sales Director asks:
“What opportunities is my team closing this month?”
Out of the box, Agentforce seems to:
- Understand filters like Close Date, IsClosed, etc.
- But not “my team” / role hierarchy
Had anyone resolved this? Am I missing something? This seems like a big feature gap.
