Hi everyone,
I created my StarNote account using an email address that I don’t really use anymore. I want to buy the subscription using a different account, so I’m trying to delete my old account first. The problem is I can’t delete it.
I already checked the box confirming that I understand the consequences of deleting the account, but when I do, the delete button only turns reddish and I still can’t press either Delete or Continue. At first I tried deleting it on my ipad and then on my iphone but neither worked.

Has anyone had this issue before or knows how to fix it?
I’d appreciate any help. Thanks!
