Ok so i've been working out 5 to 6 times a week for a little under a year. Staying on pretty consistent healthy diet, low carbs high protein and vegetables. I've lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of muscle. I went from 265 to 204 in this time, I know that's a feat to be proud of.(6'1" 30y/o M) It Is to the point where I hardly have any fat on my legs or arms. But it seems I have plateaued and I'm a bit frustrated. I can't lose that 10 to 15 pounds around my stomach and chest area. I've always been a heavy guy. Plenty of cardio, lots of high intensity strength training. Working on a different muscle group everyday. What am I doing wrong? Why can't I get rid of that belly fat? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
