I'm asking this because I want to know if it's possible to prove ownership without paying bills. Is it possible to recover account this way? Has anyone recovered their account similar to this way? If so, can you please tell me what you did?
my account got hacked by someone and they literally removed the email. i tried to reset password with the email but i cant because of that. i asked roblox support for help but all they ask for are paying bills, but the thing is i never bought anything on that account. i thought having the original email would prove my ownership cus i think they have a database for that. but they refuse to help and just ask for a paying bill. (the account is old by the way, the latest mail sent to my email was probably in 2016 or 2017. but a billion dollar company should have that info on their database, right?)
