Hi everyone 👋

Over the past few months, I’ve been working on a small SaaS project to help Moroccan small and medium businesses (SMBs) and freelancers manage invoicing more easily.

The idea came from a real observation: many businesses are still using Excel (or even paper) to manage invoices, which quickly becomes messy and time-consuming.

So I built a simple tool that allows you to:

  • Create and send invoices easily (TVA-friendly 🇲🇦)
  • Track payments
  • Manage clients
  • Get a clear dashboard of your activity

It’s still early, but I already have a few users testing it.

I’d really appreciate honest input from this community:

  • Do you see this as something useful for SMBs in Morocco?
  • What features would you expect?
  • Any UX/UI feedback or missing pieces?

If you’ve used similar tools (or built something in this space), I’d love to hear your experience.

If anyone is curious, I can share access and get your feedback 🙏

Salam

I’ve been talking to a few business owners here in Morocco and noticed something interesting:

A lot of companies are still managing:

  • invoices manually
  • stock in Excel
  • accounting through fiduciaries only

And honestly… it feels like we’re still at a very early stage of digitalization.

I recently saw someone here say that Morocco needs “basic automation before AI” — and I kind of agree.

So I’m curious:

* What’s still manual in your business today?
* What takes you the most time (facturation, stock, reporting…)?
* Have you tried any tools or everything still Excel + fiduciaire?

I’ve been building a small tool around this problem (ERP / invoicing for Moroccan businesses), but I want to understand the real pain first before pushing anything.

Would love to hear from you
