His debut was a bit unimpressive believing Jackie Jr. had juice and getting beat up outside the Crazy Horse ("I don't think they like you"). But let's look at what else he accomplished:

1. Got Jackie Jr. and his buddy killed by abandoning his wheel-man responsibilities and took off during the card game robbery at the first sound of trouble.
2. Involved in a murder at The Crazy Horse that gave the FBI the leverage to force Adriana to wear a wire and and try to flip Christopher which led directly to her murder, the destruction of Tony and Chris's relationship which led to Chris giving up on sobriety and eventual murder at the hands of Tony.
3. Turning Muslim extremist and funneling all drug money back to his homeland for a school for young boys who wear jackets lined with dynamite.

He accomplished plenty for the handful of scenes he was in.

In the end the only thing the FBI could get out of Adriana was trying to get Christopher to flip. She never had anything concrete to use against the Soprano crew. If she picked up on the "suicide" call and took off immediately and asked the FBI for protection they wouldn't have helped her. They only protect CIs who are of value. They would not have been allowed to waste resources on a useless "asset". She literally had nowhere to go.
