has any intl student received an offer earlier than NTU's outcome period?

hi, intl student here who applied for the august intake. the
stipulated outcome period for my qualification is mid-july and thus im quite worried about the timeframe.

i have, however, already submitted my final grades/national exam results to NTU.

has any intl student experienced getting an offer earlier than NTUs estimated outcome period, as stipulated on the website?

hello i am wondering about my chances of getting into NTU SOSS / Business

i applied with 5 AP exams, scoring a 5/5 on each. my IELTS score is 8.0

is this good enough for ntu?

i applied to NTU public policy and global affairs as an international student with decent test scores (AP subjects related to my major, 5 5 5 5 5) and extracurriculars such as debate and model un (some intl awards, i can dm the exact ones)

what are my chances for SOSS? is it competitive/difficult to get into for internationals? ntu is rather known for its tech/science related courses so i was wondering if SOSS is relatively easier to get into? much of the admissions advice for internationals is for the tech/biz courses so i would love to hear insights from any international student in SOSS
