Dear I know please spare me the judgement i am going through a lot.
I was driving today and an officer caught me when i was trying to answer my phone from the button cz my cars bluetooth got stuck. I was stopped i didnt even notice he saw me and when i turned he stopped me and fined me for phone use. I gave him all the paper needed and i asked him to make an exception as i was not trying to use the phone but just answer and put on loudspeaker he said everyone says the same
The thing is its the second time i get a fine in 5 months for the same issue. The last time though i was stopped and texting bit really stopped in traffic. I didnt mention it to the officer of course as i was scared he will escalate but i did ask what will happen to me will i need to present anywhere and he said no just a fine and let me go. Do you know what can happen? Anyone from experience will it be a fine? A higher fine? Anyone?
