$17,351.36 loan $20,000 payback
Here is the scoop…
We have a rent to own agreement in place at $262,000
We have already put $16,000 towards that.
Owner is working with us, however this contract expires July 1st!
In other words, we need to act fast.
We got approved for a mortgage for $248,000 but need a down payment/ closing costs etc.
The house is worth $360,000+
We would pull equity from the house after sale and pay back right away.
I can do whatever it takes for you to feel secure in this deal, please let me know!
