Just did my first blood panel and need help interpreting the results

33M, asian, BMI 21, normal BP of 104/72 - these statistics have been stable for years

probably unhealthy diet - don't particularly watch what i eat

previously sedentary but have been exercising regularly >5 times a week for the past month - exercise typically consists cardio as well as resistance training

no family history of cardiac diseases as far as i am aware

Total Cholesterol: 225 mg/dl (ref <200mg)
HDL: 91 mg/dl (ref 40-59mg)
LDL (direct):131 mg/dl (ref <130mg)
Triglycerides: 96 mg/dl (ref 150-199mg)
Cholesterol/HDL Ratio: 2.5 (ref <4.6)
ApoA1: 188 mg/dl (ref 104-202 mg/dl)
ApoB: 94 mg/dl (ref 66-133 mg/dl)
ApoB/ApoA1 Ratio: 0.5 (ref 0.22-0.80)
hs-CRP: 4.86 mg/l (ref >3.0 increased risk for CVD)

was recovering from a cold when i took the test. is there anything i should be terribly concerned with? do i need to make significant lifestyle changes? appreciate any perspectives!
