So I got this while playing football, doctor said give it 3-4 weeks then get back on your foot walking with sneakers not running tho that'll take 6-8 weeks .

He also said to only buddy tape it. It's been 15 days and it still hurts when I press a bit on the crack is it normal also how long it'll take to heal please help 🥺.
