Does a creature with Swift Reconfiguration regain it's creature type when crewed?

I have an [[Ancient Copper Dragon]]. My opponent enchants it with [[Swift Reconfiguration? Does it become a dragon if crewed? I know it stops being a dragon when it becomes an artifact, but does crewing it turn into a dragon again or is the card type already lost?

New sentence means new action?

Somebody quote knowledgeable with rules at my store recently told me that if a new sentence starts on a card that means that is a new action and happens after the previous action occurred. That is why cards like [[Abigale, Eloquent First-Year]] work.

But that doesn't seem quite right to me. If I imagine using [[Admiral Brass, Unsinkable]] to bring back [[Wily Goblin]], while I control [[Garruks Uprising]], does it trigger or not? I feel like the answer should be yes, but this should mean it is actually no since the creature first enters and then becomes a 4/4?

Please tell me if I'm wrong, and if I am right how can I actually tell apart one action from another?

Thank you.
