Hey everyone, looking for advice on this warranty situation.

My AMS lite Feeder Unit failed, and support is denying my claim because they say it only has a 3-month warranty https://bambulab.com/en/policies/warranty/amslite

I’ve owned the printer for almost 2 years, but since I'm in the EU, shouldn't the 2-year Statutory Legal Guarantee override their internal 3 month chart?

Has anyone successfully fought this "3-month" rule for feeder units?

Is a motorized feeder really a "consumable," and it lasting guaranteed 3 months is considered normal?
