Need advice: Shampoos stopped working. Should I wash my hair daily?

Hi everyone! I want to share my journey with Seborrheic Dermatitis (SD) and I’m hoping someone can give me some advice. I’ve been dealing with SD for a year now. Initially, I started using Vichy Dercos (with Salicylic Acid and Selenium Sulfide) and it worked like a charm! After the first wash, the dandruff was basically gone and I stayed clear for about a month. However, as I’ve learned, the scalp can sometimes get "used" to an active ingredient, and that’s exactly what happened—it just stopped working. Since then, I haven't been able to get it back under control. After Vichy, I tried Ducray Kelual DS (Piroctone Olamine and Ciclopirox Olamine), following the instructions (3 times a week during the flare-up phase), but it never really solved the problem. About a month and a half later, I switched to Nizoral (Ketoconazole 2%). I followed the instructions (twice a week), but even this didn't do the trick; it reduced the scaling slightly, but it never fully went away. That brings me to today. I still haven't found a solution. One thing to note: I’ve never washed my hair daily, usually 3 times a week at most. I’ve read that some people manage SD by washing every single day—is that the secret? Is it safe for the hair to wash it that often? If anyone has been in a similar situation, how did you manage to clear it? I have a dermatologist appointment in a month, but waiting that long with this flare-up is really frustrating. Thanks in advance for any help! P.S. In case it helps: I have oily dandruff with yellow flakes, and the most affected area is my hairline. Sorry for my English
