My in-laws recently acquired their family home but it needs a ton of work as it had been neglected for some time. Since it’s been in the family from being built I wanted to bring some life back for them. I did all the work solo down to replacing the subfloor and drywall, trying to fit their vision. We’re almost at the finish line for the living room and I wanted to share.
Not pictured but the entire left side slides out on wheels to access the water heater. This 60’s room is the wonkiest thing I’ve ever worked on.
