Bad experience with bequiet

Just wanted to post my experience with customer support, in case anyone else has similar issues and wants to see if it has happened to someone else.

I got a PC earlier this year with a case, psu and aionl cooler from bequiet. I quickly realized that you can't fit a 5090 in the case without a huge bend in the GPU power cable, so I went on their website and saw that they sell 90 degree cables for this purpose.

In March I bought one of their 90 degree GPU cables from Amazon, which took 3 weeks to arrive (not their fault, but as far as I can tell, it is not possible to buy this product from anywhere that is shipping from inside the United States, mine came from Europe, where bequiet is based). Cable had a defect.

March 31

I spoke to bequiet customer support (after trying them for 2 days, apparently they do not answer calls during the last hour of their listed hours). I was told they would send me a replacement GPU power cable for the PSU. They said I was speaking to their branch in California, so thankfully it will be shipping from there, and will not take weeks to arrive.

April 1

I receive a follow up email asking for proof of purchase, my address to send the cable etc, which I reply to the same day

Nothing for literally 3 weeks, I am sitting there assuming it's on its way.

April 22

I receive an email saying that they will send me tracking info once the cable has been shipped. I don't know what they've been doing in the 3 weeks between getting my shipping information and this day.

May 2

I have heard nothing from bequiet since the previous email. I email them on this day asking for an update.

I still haven't heard anything since April 22. It has not shipped.

It has been almost a month and a half from when they received the required information to send me a new cable, and they have taken 3+ weeks between responses, of which we're not actually any useful information.

The thing that makes this extremely annoying is that if I had known they were going to handle things like this, I would have just ordered a new cable, since it takes nearly a month to have one shipped from a retailer.

Any suggestions on what I should do in this situation? Because contacting them has accomplished nothing so far.

I made the pilgrimage to Goodsprings IRL several years ago

Sorry for the bad pics, I can't seem to find most of them, and this was almost a decade ago. The pic is what would be the General Store in the game. The people there were cool. They had a copy of New Vegas framed on the wall, and gave me some Sunset Sarsaparilla bottle caps that they said a fan had made and given to them. 

I got a bacon cheeseburger there, it was good.

Spoilers obviously. I was really expecting this to just be a crime/horror. When given all of the damning evidence of the crime, I was super excited to eventually learn how King would explain how Maitland was innocent. Like some Sherlock Holmes type stuff. Well, obviously the book didn't pan out the way I expected lol. Never thought I'd see the day where I kinda wish a King book stayed out of the supernatural realm 😂

It mostly just ended up making me think it was a really long version of The Library Policeman mixed with, idk, It/Doctor Sleep/Salem's Lot/Night Flier etc.

The book is fine, but it didn't do anything King hasn't done before. Holly being in it didn't bother me, but that might change since I guess she just keeps appearing in future books lol

Gonna watch the show next.

I didn't watch Adventure Time as it aired. I just finished the entire series in like 3 weeks (now I'm on Fionna and Cake) and it was great! Who do you wish we saw more of/would want to see in a spin-off? (I know Justin Roiland sucks, so LemonGrab wouldn't actually work since a huge part of the character was the voice)

So I just finished Adventure Time and Distant Lands for the first time. Now I'm moving on to Fionna and a Cake. I CANNOT believe this show isn't about Fionna and THE Cake, from the finale of Adventure Time! Experience ruined.

Not that the whole point of the show is the gore, but most of those characters never get all gored-up, and this is one of the gory parts of the series, so I'm very surprised they didn't go all out for this scene. I kinda assumed it would be this finale's "final fight" since there really IS no physical confrontation in this part of the comics.

Some people call Princess Bubblegum PB. And then they introduced Flame Princess as a new love interest for Finn. Flame Princess' name is Phoebe, sounds almost identical to PB lol. Finn moved on from PB to Phoebe.

I doubt this is an actual reference BUT: on a beach by the water, fighting crustaceans, the number 19, giant bear, character named Jake, and a blonde kid (since Jake in the DT is blonde).

Also Adventure Time is very post-apocalyptic, world has moved on etc
