My betta is very bloated and just floats to the top on its side, I’ve been fasting it and this is the first time doing a salt soak. Any advice on what to do?

Big chunk has been bloated for about a week now, pooping, I’ve been fasting him and this is his first salt water soak. He just keeps floating to the top and resting sideways. Help!

I think this is swim bladder? It’s extremely bloated and it just floats, what can I do! I hate to see it suffering
