Is anyone else having trouble ordering from medicine marketplace?

I've clicked on the reorder button in the reminder email. It then tells me I need to go to their new site. So I do that and it tells me that because this is my first time ordering off their new site I need to complete the consultation. I've filled in every question, but it's telling me in the first section that validation failed because a field needs attention. All fields are complete, I don't know what else to try.

Anyone else?
