I have stock Outer Bank Rims (255/75/R18) and am looking to swap them with stock Badlands rims which are 285/70/R17. Can this be done without a lift? If my car is a 2021 and the rims/tpms are from a 2025, will that matter?

Will any tire place be able to swap these out?
