Tenant submitted their N9 and their termination date has been sent. Since then the building has sent out 2 notices about noise complaints levied against my tenant

Tenant has been great thus far and there wasnt any complaints during the duration of their lease until now. The timing is the only thing that makes me a little nervous

Should I send an N5 form even though they will be moving out in a couple of months anyways? I'd prefer not to unless absolutely necessary

I did send them a message requesting them to keep the noise down but it was not a "formal" notice
