M18, for a year I’ve been stuck with 100-105kg but before that I reached 120kg. My biggest problem is self control, as I really rely on consistency. Today I ate around 1000 between breakfast and lunch, then I ate around 800 for dinner. My intake when it comes to food groups is unhealthy too, as I just ate fried rice and hotdogs— except for my sinigang from home for dinner. I was supposed to start working out again yesterday and today but I didn’t. I’ll try to hit my daily goals tomorrow! I’ll also start doing accurate calorie counting 💀
