These doors are pretty warped and have a dismal lock.

48" x 73 5/8" *almost* square doorway.

I am thinking of:

New hinges that are not bent, potentially recessed? (I don't want the hardware on the outside)
New Lock (I have not researched this at all yet...)

The doors themselves - I think I can rebuild them while reusing materials, and add a layer of plywood between the slats outside and the framing. Will that be enough to prevent warping?

At the end of the day if I can get it mostly squared and unwarped, then cover any of the side and edge gaps with some simple moulding on the inside - I will be pretty happy.

I've started the process of cleaning out an old shed that was here before me. I've gathered a bit of the details for sealing the walls and roof (from insects not airflow) - but not the floor.

Mostly it seems people either have a concrete pad, or OSB/plywood sheet flooring. Pictured is the 3.5" wide boards that make up the floor of my shed. They are nailed every 16", and overall are quite flush. Very little flex to the floor.

My goal is to move some larger tools in and have it be a workshop - so I would like to put some kind of layer on top that would be protective and high traction.

Does anyone have experience or suggestions for reaching that goal? Right now I'm prepared to start sealing the gaps and the floor perimeter with some caulk - and then drive in some slightly raised nails, sand, and clean. But I can't figure out what should go on the floor.
