Sent my U1000 to them as recommended by Watchbuys. Opened the package to minimal bubble wrap and 2 boxes to find this. The capsule is not even in fully. The bracelet only had one side of the spring bar seated properly as well.

Called WCWW and they agreed to have it shipped back to look at it. Let's see how this plays out.
