So when I am trying to activate IPO services in CDC access it written "My IPS portfolio is not activated". How to resolve this query?

So I am currently trading Gold/Silver with 5ers and FTMO. However, their spread is too high. Around 5 to 6 pips for silver. This makes it alot frequent for me to see price touch near my TP and then reverse higher (for shorts). Like it happens quite alot nowadays. Is their a prop firm which is reliable but also has low spreads on Gold/Silver.
