Quick question: If I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze that isn’t running will Carmax still give me the online quote for it? I answered all the questions and said it has mechanical problems and they offered 3900 for it. I just don’t want to have it towed all the way there and then they change the offering price for it. Any suggestions?
