How crazy. We seriously need a BR decompression in high tiers to top tier. No third gen FOX-1 jets should be seeing fourth gen FOX-1 jets and no fourth gen FOX-1 jets should be seeing fourth gen FOX-3 jets. Make it 3 different BR brackets or something: one for third gen FOX-1s, one for fourth gen FOX-1s, and the last one for FOX-3s. And about F-4F ICE, maybe let it hang between the second and the third bracket.
