I am currently renovating a house which is 1 km away from IT Park and 600 meters away from JY Square.

Some of rooms are for single occupancy but can be double if we use double deck. Each room has its own toilet and bath.

There is common area for cooking and a wide open space for relaxation.

Which do you prefer, a small room with its own t/b or a bigger room which can accommodate more people but shared t/b?

Your input is highly appreciated. TIA.

I speak basic Mandarin and Im looking for a tutor that could converse with me in the same language.

Preferably in Talamban, Mandaue or Banilad areas.
