Kitchen with too many entrances

I'm planning fairly major reno of this 2br unit in VIC, but I'm really stuck coming up with a kitchen layout that doesn't feel awkward. I'm renovating this to live in for a long time, not just to flip, so budget is fairly flexible and the priority really is achieving the right outcome.

The first picture is the kitchen space I've come up with after a few changes to the floor plan.

Blue bit - is currently a window, I'd like to change this into a double sliding door to the alfresco area.

Green bit is a removed wall to open up the plan. That wall is is load bearing - Another unit in the block with an identical floor plan has a 1.9m opening so I know it can be done, I'm not sure if the orange bits can be removed.

Second picture is the current layout. At the minimum I'm going to put a new toilet in the laundry, remove the existing toilet, and expand the kitchen space over it. There's also a slight expansion of the bathroom into the hallway.

I'm beginning to feel like changing the window for a double door isn't going to be possible.

Any ideas on layout would be much appreciated!

Kitchen with too many entrances

I'm planning a fairly major reno of my unit, but I'm really stuck coming up with a kitchen layout that doesn't feel awkward.

The first picture is the kitchen space I've come up with after a few changes to the floor plan, and the second picture shows how it fits into the overall floor plan as well as my current kitchen layout idea.

Blue bit - is currently a window, I'd like to change this into a double sliding door to the alfresco area.

Green bit is a removed wall to open up the plan. That wall is is load bearing - Engineers have advised I can add a steel beam then make a ~1.9m opening, but the parts of the wall I've marked in orange need to stay.

The last picture is the current layout. At the minimum I'm going to put a new toilet in the laundry, remove the existing toilet, and expand the kitchen space over it. There's also a slight expansion of the bathroom into the hallway.

I'm beginning to feel like I can have EITHER the open plan into the living room, OR the door out to the alfresco - but not both.

Any ideas on laying out either option would be much appreciated!
