So, I bought my tickets from Soundrink when they were on pre sale. And I got my email confirmation which says that my tickets are “will call only” and to pick them up on the night of the concert at the box office. Does the Box office of Epic Event Center have separate box office hours, or can I just get my tickets there when I get to the concert? I didn’t see any hours online, and I didn’t see anything about a box office either, so I’m a little confused. I was going to call them on Wednesday to ask, but figured I would try here first before I ask.
