We co-own a driving school. It's been in the family for a few years now, but my wife and I just bought into it in 2025. There were a lot of legacy policies and processes that we've managed to improve, but we still have little idea of what each student "costs" in terms of base expenses.
If you have a service-based business, how do you determine the per-customer overhead? Or do you even bother?
